Sinimol Noushad, who will be transitioning from CEO to Chairwoman, states “Firstly, I’m thrilled to reach our 10-year anniversary, and want to congratulate the team who have worked extremely hard to become an established and respected international consultancy. With both our anniversary and the many exciting projects we see across the region spreading from RAK and Dubai to Abu Dhabi and from the four corners of KSA to Oman, we thought it was an excellent opportunity to rebrand and strengthen the management team for our next adventure and rebrand as UN!Que Project solutions (UN!Q).
To ensure a smooth transition to becoming UN!Q, I am really pleased to a bring onboard Steven Batchelor and Damien Keane, who are both well respected in the industry and will ensure the business is in safe hands to achieve all our aspirations.”
Steven Batchelor, who brings over 25 years of experience with tier 1 consultancies including Faithful+Gould and recently Compass Project Consulting, will now be heading up the Managing Director role across the existing GCC and India businesses’.

With the rebranding of this existing Dubai headquartered company, UN!Que Project Solutions already has a team of 80+ professionals, and a portfolio of clients including Emaar, Wasl, Damac, and Dubai Health Authority, where the new senior management team aims to join the wisdom of the past with forward-thinking of the future.
Joining Steven as part of this team is Damien Keane, who will be leading the company’s growth across Saudi Arabia as Country Director. They are already working on a series of mid to high-end projects across the Middle East, including notably a prominent 302m mixed-use super-high-rise in Dubai, a 45-floor (81,113m2 GFA) residential tower in Jeddah, a signature 5* hospitality island development with over 1,400 hotel rooms, suites and apartments, and many more exciting developments.
