Pre-Contract Quantity Surveying and Cost Management for Residential, Hospitality and Healthcare projects
Managing team of up to six (6) staff
Cost Estimating through full design stages (Concept, Spatial, Technical) including any Master Planning and up to Pre-Tender Estimate at Contract Award
Tendering and Procurement including Bills of Quantities and Pre-Tender Estimates, Contract Section, Preparation of Preambles, Appendix to Tender, Commercial Tender Analysis and Recommendation
Contract Negotiation support to ensure fair and reasonable risk and reward allocation
Risk Management support
Value Engineering support
